Missions Edify One Another

The reason we created this site was to allow Independent Baptist Missionaries to have a Free Internet presence to share their ministries with their brothers and sisters in Christ around the world.

This forum will allow any missionary with Internet access to sign up as an Author and place their prayer or support letter online for many, many people to read.

One goal we have is to instill in more Independent Baptists a greater burden for the missions field, as well as a stronger bond and desire to pray for those who have chosen this high calling.

Our second goal is to help support the missionaries by giving Independent Baptists who view their prayer and support letters, the opportunity to support them financially via this site.

Missionaries are always in need of our prayers and financial support. We believe that this website will be able to raise greater support for them by satisfying some of the following objectives:

- Reduce Furlough time: The goal here is to help provide more daily support of missionaries when needed. We still believe that missionaires should be accountable to their churchs and their boards. Hopefully, the goal is to give them support whenever needed, so that they can reduce amount of time needed to come home on furlough.

We want to make it easier for people who don't get to physically meet a missionary to have the opportunity to support them financially.

Here is how the system works so you can understand the process.

Each time a missionary creates a prayer or support letter, a PayPal Donate button is made available on the Author (the missionary) page of this site. If you want to support the missionary, all you need to do is click on the button, enter your information to log in at paypal and choose the amount you want to give to the missionary.

It's that simple. 100% of the money goes to the missionary. We here at EdifyOneAnother do not have access to the funds given, nor do we ever want to. That's why we have set it up this way.

The missionary will sign up as an Author and add their PayPal address to their account so that all payments will go into their Paypal account.

Our Vision is to simply help missionaries tell us about their missions field using the technology we have to keep us all in prayer about their needs and supporting them when we can.

We have specially customized our system at our cost because we believe this will greatly help missionaries and the cause of Christ. We believe God will truly bless our missionaries thru this site and we will give him praise because of it.
